Don't Objectify Me : A Poem

I love what I wear
even my dull saree;
With scarlet hue I pair
my innate feminity

Why do you stare?
I'm just being me.
Do I have to bear
your eyes undressing me?

Each roving leer
objectifies me.
I pretend not to care
but I'm hurt, silently.
