Touch me
where it hurts
It's the only way to feel

Where I weep
as you withdraw
into distance

Where frozen wings
of fragile dreams thaw
eaten in silence

Where no promises
worn raw
rip in impatience

Devour me 
where it wounds
It's the only way to love
